You want to be comfortable with the Realtor you choose, and I want you to know that I am qualified to help you achieve your real estate goals. So, here's a snapshot of my background: I was born and raised in Montgomery County. In fact, my family has been here for 5 generations. Over the years, I have witnessed tremendous changes and growth. I grew up in Conroe, and the lake was primarily a weekend getaway for all of us. Today, it is a vital asset to our community, our local economy, and our local real estate market. Immediately after college graduation, I took a position as a marketing representative for a local title company; expected to last through the summer. That "temporary job" shaped my career. Within a few months I was working the account of a national homebuilder. I remember being somewhat overwhelmed by the details and procedures at first, but I had a true passion for it. Eventually the builder opened their own title company and I worked directly for them. Through additional specialized training required by the State of Texas, I worked my way to be the manager of that title company and stayed with them for over 10 years. This experience not only provided me with an unsurpassed knowledge of the real estate industry, but also the laws and regulations that govern it. Today, I rely heavily on this solid foundation to guide my clients through the marketing, negotiations, contracts, inspections, loan process, and closings of their real estate transactions. The one thing I always said I wanted to do as a Realtor was to set new standards in regards to customer service. I challenge myself constantly to do just that. Once licensed, I became Quality Service Certified, attended Coldwell Banker Previews Internation for Luxury homes, and most recently was awarded the Certified Negotiations Specialist and Certified E Marketing Specialist Designations. I'm a lifelong student, so I will never claim to be the "#1 Expert" in Real Estate. I truly don't believe any of will ever reach a point where we cannot learn or grow. By continuing to challenge myself, I continue to be rewarded with client loyalty and successful closings, and my clients continue to be rewarded knowing that I am not only qualified, I'm dedicated! As part of my dedication to my career & community, I have become a member of the Greater Conroe/Lake Conroe Area Chamber of Commerce. As an Embassy Club member of that organization, I am well informed of new developments, businesses, and infracstructure in the area. I also participate in a number of charity organizations.
